I am trained in pluralistic counselling and psychotherapy, which means therapy is adapted collaboratively around your individual needs rather than following a rigid formula.

My work is informed by:

  • relational therapy

  • attachment theory

  • trauma-informed CBT

  • polyvagal understanding

  • embodiment and nervous system awareness

  • person-centred values

  • TA, Pyschodynamic and Gestalt approaches.

Some clients want practical emotional support. Others want deeper self-understanding or long-term therapeutic work. Therapy can support both.
